2017 - Now

Sr. Innovation Product Manager – Movile Group

After giving my side project to Movile I was invited to work in Innovation team with the Movile Co-Founder.
My scope was built new products and test the traction to be incorporated in Movile companies.

1# Resolve Chat
A chat commerce product to connect local business and brands with customers in Brazil. Facebook invite us to show the product inside their headquarter in Palo Alto, CA. We launch this 4 months before a similar product called Facebook M. We have more than 16 people that worked a year on this project.

2# Now Delivery Bot
E-Commerce bot with a virtual wallet inside Facebook Messenger. We partnership with big companies to allow selling products with an asset-light marketplace. New features like curated products listing and voice search were tested in weeks later. Later this product was integrated with the Movile ChatBot platform called ChatClub.

3# Recharge with cashback
The mobile app was built from the ground, to test the new market, sell recharge using cashback mechanics. For the first MVP, we integrate with external partners. In 3 months more than 15 versions to test launched in Google Play, after gain traction we started to scale the team and investment to build the next one.

4# App marketplace with cashback
After a successful of Recharge App, we build a marketplace using the O2O services from Movile Co and some partners. This is a result of past tests, my business trip to China last year and research to adapt the product to the Brazilian market.

2013 - 2017

Product – Movile

Started in PlayKids since the beginning, writing product specs, handling releases and roadmap.

Global expansion work with
Europe: Researched the market to explore opportunities, content and monetization.
China and Japan: Supporting the country managers, stakeholders to localization and go to market.

Working with monetization techniques, price points, campaigns, A/B Tests, subscriptions and IAP.
Metrics: Segmentation, Funnels, Retention, NPS. (experience tools like with Parse, Mixpanel, Flurry)
In-app messages and push notification strategy, operational and metrics to drive engagement.
Integration with product and digital marketing team and channels like Facebook Ads, Twitter and affiliated networks.
Supporting the Content team to publish and manage videos.
Supporting the team to launch a similar app ClaroKids in Brazil and México.

2013

Software Engineer – Movile

Create and build the new Saas for LatAm, using the last technologies like ruby on rails, node.js, heroku, postgres and mongodb.

The goals of this project are replace the old systems and create new business opportunities and revenues.

Moving to Lisbon to create a coupons service with focus on small business. Started a business from the ground with local partners.

Responsible for Wap Portals on operators TIM, Claro, Oi (full operator deck). Responsible for Mobile PodCast on operators TIM, Oi, Claro. Responsible for Movies Portals (CineClaro). Concept and launch new services. Relationship with content providers. Schedule project and tasks between IT Team / Design Team and Operators. Monitoring (financial results) and action plan for the wap and podcasts products

2007-2008

Content Analyst – Compera nTime

TIM Wap site plataform management. WAP integration with TIM white-label partners and integrators. Start-up new services and content for mobile. Relationship with content providers and service provider. Working at Rio de Janeiro with TIM Brasil (white label team)

Compera is a Mobile company, focused on offering VAS to the Telecom industry.
